Six Sigma Online White Belt Webinar and Online Certification

The seminar will be given live by one of Six Sigma.us’s experienced Master Black Belts. The interactive seminar will give students the chance to pose questions throughout the course. This four hour online seminar discusses the history, philosophies, techniques and tools of Lean and Six Sigma in a common language for a thorough understanding by those in attendance.

This overview is perfect for:

  • Leaders considering embarking on a Lean and/or Six Sigma strategy
  • Departments or organizations that have been charged with implementation but do not have a good understanding of Lean and/or Six Sigma
  • Managers concerned with the status quo and interested in investigating options for productivity improvement, performance enhancement and organizational change.

This program is also great as a primer for potentially every employee in the organization to understand the methodology that their company is embarking on.

White Belt:
The Six Sigma.us White Belt certification requires four hours of training. The White Belt is offered to provide an overview of Lean and Six Sigma. With this Belt you will be able to begin your journey toward the professional competencies of the Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt. After obtaining this first level belt, you can become a qualified team member of a Green Belt or Black Belt project.

White Belt participants will be introduced to the tools and techniques used to:

  • Obtain a fundamental understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
  • Learn the Structure of Six Sigma (DMAIC) and their roles
  • Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) processes
  • Minimize waste and resources while increasing customer satisfaction

Six Sigma Live Instructor-led Yellow Belt Webinar

The Yellow Belt certification offered by Six Sigma.us requires two days of training with certification issued upon successful completion. The training offers an understanding of the basic methodologies used for Six Sigma. The training covers some of the basic improvement techniques and the metrics required. For most organizations, a Yellow Belt is an individual that is a subject matter expert (SME) or a core team member on a single project or multiple projects. This program gives employees a greater knowledge of process improvement. This is accomplished through the introduction of process management. Students are also familiarized with the basic tools of Six Sigma. The purpose of the training is to provide individuals with the tools needed to be a valuable asset to the organization’s goals and objectives.

Six Sigma.us Yellow Belt Certifications will develop:

  • The proficiency of personnel as Six Sigma supporters
  • The acceptance of Six Sigma as a benefit to employees and the company
  • A better understanding of daily tasks that will translate into better quality, reduced waste, and improved cycle times

Yellow Belts play an important support role in the Six Sigma process. Yellow Belts are tasked with gathering accurate data and sharing their expertise in the problem-solving process. Their understanding of the process is a vital part of improvement methodology. Yellow Belts are tasked with identifying, controlling, and monitoring potential profit loss areas and reporting this information to the Green Belts and Black Belts within the organization
